Vast Plumbing came to us with a clear vision - a practical, tough, and clean custom build for their Isuzu NPR. We delivered exactly that: a fully custom, work-ready setup designed to perform, with every detail built around efficiency, durability, and smart use of space. Best of all, it can be driven on a car licence, making it both versatile and accessible.

The Electrical

  • In-built microwave and battery system underneath the tray to free up main compartments

  • 170Ah Exotronic lithium battery

  • Victron 1300w MultiPlus inverter/charger

The Build

  • 4200mm steel/aluminium tray

  • 4 x custom aluminium under-tray boxes

  • Designed custom racking for maximum space efficiency

  • Top tray access toolbox above main toolbox for additional storage

  • Powdercoat two-tone canopy doors

  • Protective side gate capping

  • Kept overall weight in check, full build came in just under 3600kg

  • Allows for a 1300kg payload

  • LED Autolamps 3854 Series tail lights
